This path is for artists who have taken Level I or have a solid foundation in nervous system shifting, IFS, or somatic practice.

We map deep vs. junk dopamine and explore how desire, vision, and energy come online when your body budget is restored.
This month replenishes the deepest forms of nourishment your nervous system relies on: pleasure and rest.
You’ll learn how stress patterns block your ability to feel good or sleep deeply, and how to reintroduce safety, softness, and comfort into your biology.
This month dives into the charged relationship artists have with money, exploring how survival states shape earning, receiving, and financial avoidance.
You’ll begin to rewrite your money patterns—not mentally, but biologically—toward a more spacious, empowered relationship with wealth.
This month rewires connection from the inside out. You’ll explore how your system protects you in relationships—by over-giving, shutting down, or masking—and how to build intimacy without self-sacrifice.
We strengthen your capacity for collaboration, attachment, and creative partnership through biological safety, not performance strategies.
This month uses role-play as a real nervous system intervention. By trying on new identities, practicing boundaries, and experimenting with boldness, you expand who you’re allowed to be.
SocialPlay breaks stuck patterns and helps you embody confidence, courage, and expression in a safe, playful way.
This month brings you into the wild landscape of constructed emotion. Through somatic tracking, curiosity, and nervous system literacy, you learn how emotions are made—not found.
This allows you to reclaim authorship over your inner world, freeing you from old survival-driven emotional interpretations.
